Over recent years the waste industry has become more regulated with environmental considerations being at the forefront of changes in legislation.

Producer responsibility has become a large part of the focus on waste disposal with large fines in place for those that flout the law.

Recycling and waste processing are also effected by regulation with particular attention to reducing the amount of waste we all dispose of at landfill.
